Organized a lead generation marketing campaign for Platform One that centered around a free assessment CX professionals could use to “rate” their CX program.
Landing Page
Designed a paid ad targeted B2B landing page with image mockups, content, customer testimonials, and a lead generation form. Used this landing page to collect leads across the United States, Australia, and Europe. Featured as the primary call to action across Platform One’s website, which I also solely managed via Webflow.
LinkedIn Ads
Created a variety of ad sets to A/B test for social advertising (primarily on LinkedIn) to generate leads. Managed the LinkedIn campaign and optimized the budget for ideal CPC targeting.
Demo Video
Produced a video to accompany outbound email campaigns highlighting the various benefits of the CX program assessment for CX professionals. Video was meant to show how this could benefit each organization and what the overall process looked like.
Email Marketing
Designed and sent out marketing emails to prospects highlighting the CX assessment. Added these to a marketing email workflow for new leads that come in to receive on a timely basis.
